These terms govern your use of sudsonicspeaker.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them before ordering.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

Products

We make every effort to describe our products accurately and to show colors and dimensions faithfully. Screens vary, so actual color may differ slightly from the images shown. Specifications are provided by our manufacturer and may be updated without notice.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars and include all import duties and taxes. We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order you have already placed. Payment is taken in full at checkout.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example where a product is out of stock, where there has been a pricing or description error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and our 30-day money-back guarantee are covered by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Accuracy of your information

You are responsible for giving us a correct and complete shipping address and contact details. We are not liable for orders that fail to arrive because the information supplied was wrong or incomplete.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, images, logos and design — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Product safety

The Sudsonic case is sealed against splashes and steam. It is not designed to be submerged in water. Please follow the instructions supplied with the product. We are not liable for damage caused by use outside those instructions.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. This does not remove any consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the state or country where you live.
